For 26 weeks of my Gaisce programme, I joined my local Crossfit Gym. I still go at least 3 times a week and I am thankful for the Gaisce programme for giving me an excuse to join it. Crossfit is a method of Gym that does not rely on many machines. The workouts are more natural regarding movement but that doesn’t make it easy at all regardless of the weight on the bar. The community I’ve joined into and the friends I have made have made a lasting impression on me and Crossfit has helped to keep me fit and active when I don’t do many sports outside of it.
